We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use one copy of AI SEO Image on a single computer, solely for your own business or personal purposes.

2 · Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

3 · Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where law permits.
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties.
You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.
You may not use the Software to violate any law or the rights of others.

4 · Updates & Support

We may provide updates or bug fixes at our discretion. Updates are governed by these same Terms unless accompanied by a separate license. Support is available at bytecraftstudioapps@gmail.com.

5 · Privacy

The Software does not collect, transmit, or store personal data. All processing occurs locally on your device.

6 · Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

7 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

8 · Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required by applicable law.

9 · Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.

10 · Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Orlando, Florida.

11 · Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
